How to completely uninstall Messageware Active Send

This article applies to the following products:

• Messageware ActiveSend 2019
• Messageware ActiveSend 2016
• Messageware ActiveSend 2013

SUMMARY

To completely uninstall ActiveSend, including configuration data normally used during upgrades perform these two steps:

1. Uninstall Messageware ActiveSend from "Settings / Add or Remove Programs"
2. Clean the Messageware AppData subfolder

AppData Folder Cleanup

1. In Windows Explorer or using the Windows Run command, enter %appdata% which will navigate to "\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming"
2. Navigate to the Messagware subfolder 
3. Remove or Rename the "Messageware\ActiveSend" subfolder
