OVERVIEW
Some organizations have a default domain setup in their OWA, with this users just enter the username and password to login into OWA. If a default domain is set for OWA, then the default domain has to be specified in the EPG Admin console.
SOLUTION
- Navigate to EPG Admin > Troubleshooting > Default domain
- Change the default domain > Click update
- Click Save at the top
- (Note: The default domain format has to be the flat default domain and not the FQDN)
