How to enable file-based logs to troubleshoot EPG CAPTCHA issues

SUMMARY

File-based logs can be set up to assist in troubleshooting EPG CAPTCHA issues 


STEPS

  • Check and verify that EVERYONE group has permission in \windows\system32\logfiles\messagewarelogs
  • Download the Log4Net.config file from the following link: http://w3.messageware.com/download/support/Updates/Messageware/Log4Net.zip
  • Extract and copy the file into  C:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\V15\FrontEnd\HttpProxy\owa\auth\EPG
  • Restart the World Wide Web Publishing Service
  • Reproduce the issue 
  • Send the log file to Messageware Support from \windows\system32\logfiles\messagewarelogs\CAPTCHA.log

 

 

The log file size and the number of log files can be adjusted by editing these values
