How to license or re-license Messageware Exchange Protocol Guard (EPG)

Steps to upgrade or re-license Messageware Exchange Protocol Guard (EPG) quickly and effectively 


Messageware Exchange Protocol Guard (EPG)

  • Navigate to the server where Messageware EPG-Admin is installed
  • Navigate to Licenses
  • Click Upgrade
  • Enter the license key and click OK > Follow user-agreement prompts


    Once the key has been updated, repeat the steps for each server and click save at the end


Messageware Exchange Protocol Guard (EPG) Offline/Manual Key

  • Navigate to the server where Messageware Admin Center is installed
  • Navigate to Licenses
  • Click Upgrade > Select "Click Here" to import license file manually

  • Open the License file (.LIC) provided by Messageware 
  • Copy all the contents of the License file (.LIC)
  • Paste it in the import license screen

  • Click Import > Follow user-agreement prompts
  • Once the key has been Imported, repeat the steps for each server and click save at the end

Note: It will take 2 to 3 minutes for the new license key to take affect
