How to Enable ActiveSend Logs if the Admin UI is unavailable

SUMMARY

Logging can be enabled to troubleshoot ActiveSend issues if the Admin UI is unavailable 


STEPS

  • Navigate to %AppData%\Messageware\ActiveSend
  • Open the ActiveSendUser.config with elevated permissions
  • Set LoggingEnabled to true
