SUMMARY
Logging can be enabled to troubleshoot ActiveSend issues if the Admin UI is unavailable
STEPS
- Navigate to %AppData%\Messageware\ActiveSend
- Open the ActiveSendUser.config with elevated permissions
- Set LoggingEnabled to true
- Repro the issue
- The logs will be generated here: %AppData%\Messageware\ActiveSend\logs
