SUMMARY

Users connecting to OWA using a reach browser have to click twice on the shared calendar name to open the calendar in a new browser window. To view personal calendars, users only click one time.

CAUSE

When a delegate user clicks on the shared calendar link, CalendarShare verifies if the shared calendar properties are cached locally. If the calendar properties have not been cached, a request is sent to the Exchange server on the first click to retrieve the calendar's properties. The second click opens the shared calendar in a new browser window.

RESOLUTION

This is a browser limitation.
