Users are unable to change password from Recent Activty page when using Multi-Factor Authentication

SUMMARY
 
Users are unable to change password from the OWA Guard Recent Activity Page when using a third party multi-factor authentication stratagem.
 
 
SYMPTOM
 
User enters OWA Logon information and receives the OWA Guard Recent Activity Page. When clicking on the Change Password button, the user is presented with the third party multi-factor authentication prompt. After authenticating, the user is redirected to their OWA mailbox without changing their password.
 
 
RESOLUTION
 
Users can change their password through the OWA Options page once they have logged into their mailbox.
 
  1. Log into OWA
  2. Complete multi-factor authentication
  3. From Mail, click on Settings ()
    1. Expand General, and select My account
    2. Click Change your password link
