How to configure OWA Desktop with an Office 365 account

This article will provide the steps to configure OWA Desktop with an Office365 account

 

CONFIGURATION

 

Follow the steps below to configure OWA Desktop with an Office365 account:

 

1.      Launch OWA Desktop (Start\All Programs\Messageware Incorporated\Messageware OWA Desktop)

2.     Click OWA Desktop icon from system tray

3.     Click Create Account

a.     Enter Nickname

b.     Enter the Office 365 email address in the field of Email Address and User name

c.     Enter the Office 365 account password

d.    Make sure the radio button is selected for Automatic configuration

4.     Click Next

 

Please note, do not choose manual configuration, when setting up an Office 365 account automatic configuration should be chosen.
