Users are unable to login to OWA when using Internet Explorer 10 browser

SYMPTOM

 

Users cannot see the refresh and audio buttons to the right of the Captcha box

 

CAUSE

 

This occurs because the user agent string of the browser is not compatible with OWA Guard.



 

RESOLUTION

To correct this behavior, compatibility mode is required to be turned on when using Internet Explorer 10 browser.

 

To turn on Compatibility View, click the Compatibility View button next to URL in the address bar to make the icon change from an outline to a solid color (typically blue)
