MORE INFORMATION

This issue is not related to Messageware products.

The options that the users see to Add to dictionary, Change and Change language are from the built-in Spellcheck available in Internet Explorer 10 / Windows 8 settings.

The built in spellchecker for Internet Explorer 10 / Windows 8 overrides native Microsoft OWA spell check functionality, which Plus Pack enhances with new features such “Add”, “Ignore” and “Ignore All”.

RESOLUTION
