When invoking ActiveSend using the Global Matrix third party software an error is generated

When invoking ActiveSend to send an email report as a PDF attachment the Global Matrix third party software, the following error is generated:


Context: Opening upload file INVN097484FORHZA0037201C.txt


System: The system cannot find the file specified.


Error: 2 (0x00000002)





This behaviour has been corrected in the latest version of ActiveSend. To install the latest ActiveSend version, follow the steps below.


1.      Download the latest version of Messageware ActiveSend

a.     Visit http://www.messageware.com , select SUPPORT > Product Updates

b.     Enter the Customer Number and License Key

c.     Click on the Product Updates link

d.     Expand the view for ActiveSend 2003

e.     Click on the Download link for the latest version of ActiveSend 2003

f.      Save the installation file to a location on the hard disk

2.      Removing the older version of the ActiveSend

a.     Click on Start\Control Panel\Add or Remove Programs

b.     Select the Messageware product and click on Change/Remove

c.     Proceed with removal of the program

3.      Install the latest Product version

a.     Extract the zip file containing the Messageware ActiveSend executable file and the ActiveSend.pol file to a temporary location

b.     Run the executable from the temporary location

c.     Step through the install program
