Calendar delegates of the primary mailbox user are displayed when accessing the Manage Delegates list of a shared mailbox

SYMPTOM

 

When attempting to add or remove delegates in a shared mailbox, delegates of the primary mailbox are displayed.

This behavior is expected and is by design. In order to add or remove delegates to the shared mailbox calendar, the user must be logged in to OWA using the credentials of the shared mailbox.
