Users are unable to open a shared mailbox using OWA

This article applies to the following products:
     Messageware NavGuard 2007

 

SYMPTOM  

 

When attempting to open a shared mailbox using the native “Open Other Mailbox” feature in OWA Premium or using the Explicit Logon URL (i.e. https://host.domain.com/owa/username@domain.com) users receive the following error:

 

404 - File or directory not found

 

 

RESOLUTION

 

To correct this issue, proceed on upgrading to NavGuard 1.1C or higher. Included below is the Messageware KB article containing steps on how to upgrade Messageware products
