SYMPTOM

Users receive a script error when updating and saving their signature in OWA Light.

(Plus Pack Administrative Console>Address Book tab>Address List Section>Allow users to change this setting)

RESOLUTION

Note:  Restart the World Wide Web Publishing Service is required for changes to take immediate effect

Note: Verify the NTFS Permissions match with the existing file

1.     On the CAS where Plus Pack is located, download and save the updated INI file from the following link http://w3.messageware.com/download/support/kb/440_Signature_Fix.zip

2.     Extract the contents to a temporary location (ppjs.ini)

3.     Navigate to \Program Files\Messageware\Plus Pack\Delta

a.     Rename the ppjs.ini to ppjs.old

b.    Paste the new ppjs.ini to this location

4.     Open the Plus Pack Configuration Console (Start\All Programs\Messageware Plus Pack\Plus Pack Configuration Console)

5.     Navigate to the Refresh tab and click the Refresh button
