SYMPTOM

Users receive multiple script errors when viewing attachments through ISA

Line: 41

Error: "null" is null or not an object

Line: 80

Error: Permission denied

CAUSE

This issue occurs when the ISA property Send Original Host Header is not enabled .

By default, ISA Server substitutes a host header that it uses to refer to the internal Web server, rather than sending the original host header that the ISA Server receives from the client

RESOLUTION

To correct this issue enable the Send Original Host Header ISA property.

Using the ISA Management Console, select the properties of the firewall policy rule and place a checkmark next to Forward the original host header under the “TO” tab
