Some users do not show up in the Global Address List (GAL) when using the Plus Pack's Basic Addressing. Users are missing when:
Scrolling through the initial GAL view displayed when first opening the Address Book
Pressing the "Top" button in the Address Book
Pressing the first letter of the user's display name
Results exceed 100 names
When doing a key down search and refining the search results by entering additional letters, the missing user(s) is displayed in the list.
The Plus Pack’s Basic addressing displays the results of the default OWA Find Names Addressing query. For example, if a user is not displayed when using the OWA Find Names Addressing search, the Plus Pack’s Basic Addressing is also not able to show the user either.
The default OWA Find Names query does not guarantee to return sorted results, regardless of what appears in the window. For this reason, some users may appear to be missing.
When Plus Pack's Enhanced Addressing is configured, Plus Pack sends a query to Active Directory, separate from the OWA Find Name query. The results are sorted and displayed by Display name in the Plus Pack Address Book.

How to configure Enhanced Addressing with Sort Results
From the Start button go to \AllPrograms\Messageware Incorporated\Plus Pack for Outlook Web Access\Plus Pack Administrative Console
Press the Addressing tab
Select Enhanced Addressing\Sort Results\Global Address List
Click Apply and OK
Restart the World Wide Web Publishing Service for the changes to take effect immediately
Clear the local browser cache (Tools\Internet Options\Delete Files)
