The Plus Pack address book does not display results when searching for certain special characters

SYMPTOM

When searching for a recipient in the Plus Pack address book by typing certain special characters such as a + sign in the Type Name or Select from List field, no results are displayed

RESOLUTION

To correct this behavior, proceed on applying the Plus Pack hotfix below.

1.     On the Exchange server, download the hotfix from the link below and extract it into a temporary location

2.     Navigate to \Program Files\Exchsrvr\exchweb\controls

3.     Rename the file mw_rolodex2K3.js to mw_rolodex2K3.old

4.     Paste the updated mw_rolodex2K3.js file

5.     Clear the local browser cache (Tools\Internet Options\Delete Files)
