A page has expired error message appears when printing attachments using AttachView

SUMMARY

 

When viewing an attached file using AttachView, a “ page has expired ” error appears when clicking on the Print option.

 

RESOLUTION

 

To correct this issue, apply Exchange 2003 Service Pack 2 on all Exchange servers where AttachView is installed.
