BlackBerry users are unable to synchronize newly created, updated or modified items in MS Outlook Calendar to their hand held devices after CalendarShare 3.0 is installed on the Exchange Server.
This issue is unrelated to Messageware's product line. To correct this issue, the CDO.DLL file needs to be re-registered using regserv32 command by following the below steps:
1.
On the Exchange server, open the command prompt (Start>Run>cmd)
2.
Navigate to \Program Files\Exchsrvr\bin directory
3.
Register the cdo.dll by typing the following “regsvr32 cdo.dll” and pressing the Enter key
4.
Confirm if a popup dialog box appears and indicates that the dll has been registered successfully
5.
Restart the BlackBerry Dispatcher
