How to add Public Contact Folders to the Plus Pack Address Book

SUMMARY

 

This article outlines how to add public contact folders to the Plus Pack Address Book. Public folders can be added using the Options page for individual users and globally via the Plus Pack Administrative Console for first time Plus Pack users.

 

RESOLUTION

 

Apply the steps below to add public contact folders to the Plus Pack Address Book for individual users.

 

To configure public contact folders to be available to all users by default, the Administrator must configure this option prior to rolling out any Messageware software

 

Adding Public Contact Folders to the Plus Pack Address Book using OWA Options page (Per user settings)

 

1.     In OWA, navigate to the Options  page  

2.     Scroll to the bottom and select the Order Address Books button in the Plus Pack section

3.     Select the Public Folder button on the top menu

4.     Place a check-mark beside the public folder to be added and select the save icon

5.     The newly added folder will appear in the Order Address Books List

6.     Arrange the folders in the preferred order using the up and down arrows at the top of the page
NOTE: The section at the top of the list will be the folder populated first upon opening the address book

7.     Select the save icon at the top of the page
